We’ll do our best to get things squared away.
We do not offer returns on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order, perishable in nature, and flavors are subjective. We are happy to work with you and encourage you to get in touch with us at ask@endlessseacoffee.com or call at 712-213-0195.
Coffee Subscriptions:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging in to your account at https://www.endlessseacoffee.com/account/login , clicking "Manage Subscriptions", and then clicking "Cancel Subscription" next to each item. You may also contact us at ask@endlessseacoffee.com or 712-213-0195. We are always happy to assist!
When you cancel your subscription, you will be responsible for all charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation. We cannot offer refunds on subscriptions orders that are already being prepared.
